Above 15 years’ experience working with various organizations such as USAID, UN-RCHCO, UNDP/Ministry of Industry, Winrock International/Ministry of Agriculture, and other INGOs such as Helvetas, IDE, Practical Action, and LWF.

Experience of research, rights-based approaches and advocacy, coordination and management of humanitarian, development and peace nexus. 

Working with the most marginalized and vulnerable population, ex-bonded laborers, socially excluded groups, people with disabilities etc.

Continue to be active in GIHA, IDPG GESI, and encourage colleagues for active participation in AIN working groups. I highly value networking, coordination and collaboration among the various organizations. That is why I have applied for member of the AIN’s SC.
