Sudarshan Neupane has 15 years of
multisector experience in designing and implementing projects in both
development and humanitarian response in Nepal and other countries in South
and Southeast Asia Sudarshan has a strong competency in
promoting inclusive development through projects/approaches that focus
empowerment of marginalized and vulnerable groups: people with disabilities,
older persons, disadvantaged women, children in difficult situations,
trafficking victims, survivors, and refugees. While in Nepal, Sudarshan established
meaningful connections with the government line agencies, the Social Welfare
Council, and private and institutional donors, and importantly contributed
actively to various AIN groups (Disability Working Group, Livelihood Working
Group, TGDMCC and currently attends CPWG, GESI, HWG, and the AIN Plenary
meetings). Sudarshan has successful collaborations with other AIN members in
securing strategic grants from various donors in his current and previous
roles.
