I started working in Nepal in 2008 after
joining in AMDA-MINDS, and have been engaged in more than 20 projects for
short and long term in the field of Maternal and Child Health, WASH, Disaster
Response, Water and forest conservation, Livelihood (agriculture) in several
districts both in Tarai and Hilly areas. As an in-charge of the office, I
have also handled overall office operation in admin/ finance management from
launching of the office, which is one of my advantages working in a
small-scale organization. My expertise is in project management,
participatory rural appraisal and community facilitation using several local
languages. My commitment to Nepal over a decade has made me expand broad
knowledge and realistic sense of social mechanism and mentality of people. I believe my experience would contribute AIN
to reach the voices unreached so far. |
